Mercedes SL gets widebody kit from Misha Designs Posted: 26 Oct 2010 07:18 AM PDT Misha Designs is an Los Angeles-based company specialized in Porsche tuning but recently they turned their attention to other brands like Mercedes or BMW and now have presented a widebody package for the Mercedes Benz SL, which provides the car with a Black Series look. The body kit features a redesigned front bumper with lower carbon fiber lip spoiler, larger openings, wider fenders, new hood with carbon fiber slats, new side skirts and wider rear fender flares and a new rear bumper with carbon fiber gills and a carbon fiber diffuser. The kit is available for all SLs from 2003 onwards and it comes as a direct bolt for 2009 and newer models, while also allowing pre-2009 SL owners to convert their cars to the facelifted SL. Bentley sues Axl Rose for damaged leased car Posted: 26 Oct 2010 06:57 AM PDT According to TMZ, Guns N’ Roses lead vocalist Axl Rose is being sued by Bentley over a leased 2006 Bentley Continental Flying Spur. It looks like Rose leased a car some time ago and, beside returning the car several months after its scheduled date and with 42,000 miles over the lease limit, the car also was seriously damaged, having a cracked windshield, a broken taillight, damaged tires, dents on the doors, a damaged bumper and a missing key. Volkswagen presents 2011 Eos Exclusive Posted: 26 Oct 2010 06:37 AM PDT In an effort to spice up sales a little, Volkswagen has unveiled the first details about the 2011 VW Eos Exclusive, a little more…exclusive edition of the Eos. The model is very similar to the standard models, but sports a few extra features like unique 18-inch ‘Vicenza’ alloy wheels, a more sporty suspension, two-tone Nappa leather interior, sport seats and steering wheel, special door sill plates and aluminum and black leather inserts. Chevrolet Camaro T-Top Convertible to be on show at SEMA Posted: 26 Oct 2010 05:45 AM PDT Drop Top Customs, the Florida-based custom car arm of Convertible Builders LLC is a builder focused on creating exclusive convertible models is presenting their latest product, a T-Top conversion for the Chevrolet Camaro, which will be unveiled at the upcoming SEMA Show in November. According to Company President Jeff Moran, "The installation utilizes our exclusive convertible understructure reinforcement. Most of these T-top Camaros will come supercharged, so there is no need for concern when you want to let your pony run."
